The Chromecast plugin works great but would it be possible to allow background or allow the screen to be shut off.
Currently both force the stream to be stopped, this is true for both live streams and local files.

Thank You – being able to shut off the screen is a big power saving and background cast is very handy.
what about simple dlna support?
i have a smart tv samsung with dlna, can i use the caster too?
A lot of player let me run stream on my tv, but xmtv player is still a must have ..so i will hope for some news about it
