Thanks for your great work.
My question is very simple is possibile to hide the m3u playlist links like the option of single link?

httpopt://http-raw=rtmp://$OPT:rtmp-raw=http://mylink.m3u8 user-agent=my user agent

httpopt://http-raw=rtmp://$OPT:rtmp-raw=http://myplaylist.m3u user-agent=my user agent

At this moment we didn’t think about that, idea is great and we will make it. If you have some option that you want to control other than existing while playing single media URL, please let us know.

How you will pass m3u play list to XMTV Player
– With Intent or with URL to m3u list?

With URL to m3u list…

Will be nice to have option activate/disable by adding line like this
hide=0 (false) or hide=1 (true)

httpopt://http-raw=rtmp://$OPT:rtmp-raw=http://myplaylist.m3u hide=1 user-agent=my user agent

Then all the urls list in the m3u remain non visible to the user and the show Url/Path in dialog list remain disable…

this will be important when we share our private playlist…

Other interesting idea come from wiseplay…
When we call simple tv link…

Wi be great to add option like this

rtmp://$doregex[get-ip]/live app=live

Automatic get ip from server whit $doregex

Can you explain please $doregex[get-ip], from which server ip must be read and we will add this option.

Also why you use so complex URL syntax like httpopt://http-raw=rtmp://$OPT:rtmp-raw=http://myplaylist.m3u hide=1 user-agent=my user agent
try only
httpopt://http-raw=http://myplaylist.m3u hide=1 user-agent=my user agent

The big request is to add automatic request of ip whit this command ( $doregex[get-ip] ) in xmtv player when added link like this:

Will be nice to have be able to play and self-updating playlists that work in VLC media player (on a PC) but unfortunately not supported in XMTV Player
For example

You can add links in favorites (go in favorites and press +) and you can access dynamic content from there. I found some issues during parsing yours m3u list, which will be fixed.

for links like this http://tv4p.ru/temp/divan.php you must add some param at the end http://tv4p.ru/temp/divan.php?.m3u, and some playlist contain EXTINF data which have extra info and xmtv player unbale to read correct stream name, I mean header like this
#EXTINF:-1 group-title=”Rostelecom” tvg-name=MAXXI-TV tvg-shift=0 tvg-logo=TVXXI ,TV.

We will fix this asap.

you can try to download night build 2.0.9.6.8 of XMTVPlayer, where parsing of m3u files is extended and now titles of streams are fixed.

What is the difference between #EXTINF:-1, and #EXTINF:0, ?
Does this format for the m3u work for both IPTV and xmtvplayer?
I see that some playlist files are on one line and others are on 2 lines.

Hi, Value after #EXTINF: are ignored, base meaning is length of video.
m3u file is same for IPTV and for XMTV Player. You can find more info about m3u play list on section

Hi luiscruz997,
at this moment you can use xmtv:// with base64 encoded url, if you need some more secure we are open and can implement some other methods for protection.
